This is a manual custom-RGB loom example, not photo-to-Delica matching. The actual files contain 48 beads, 3 colors, 9 straight warp strands and 6 working rows. Each strand is 208.4 mm including the entered end allowances; total straight cuts are 1875.6 mm. Full needle paths, finishing and a physical sample are not verified.
The author’s “Launch Beadographer 3” link opened /bead3/; the splash displayed v5.2.2.0822 and Free Version. A 32×32 Loom project converted the photo with RGB and a 47-color request. The image used its default 50 size setting, occupying only part of the canvas. The downloaded PNG is the current view with reference opacity set to zero—not a native 32×32 pixel file. Occupied bead and used-color totals remain unknown. No membership PDF or word-chart bytes were tested; the author guide documents those separately.
These are dated workflow observations, not a quality score or a claim that fewer colors look better. Palettes, quantizers and image placement differ. No physical color calibration, cloud persistence or cross-product file interchange was verified.
First download the original 8×6 chart below. Open the tool, use “Open a downloaded chart JSON”, select that file, then validate and generate. This restores the exact A/B/C pattern instead of relying on your saved palette. Keep your own chart first. Pitch 1.6×1.4 mm and 100 mm allowance per end are example inputs, not physical measurements or a finished-size guarantee.
Keep the original project and files until you have checked your own required outputs. A verified alternative for one task is not full feature parity.
The same unmodified 512×512 NASA photograph was selected in the browser. Downloaded rival files are private audit evidence, not copied gallery assets. Original source photograph · Author documentation
