PixelMaster provides tools for turning images into pixel art, perler bead patterns, sprites, and related craft charts. The service is intended to assist your creative work, not replace your own review, judgment, or responsibility for final content.

User Content

You retain ownership of images you submit and outputs generated for you. You grant PixelMaster the limited rights needed to process your submitted images in your browser, provide the service, maintain security, and improve reliability. TODO: confirm whether production will use submitted images for product improvement or model training; do not enable that without a clear policy.

Responsible Use

You agree not to use PixelMaster to:

• Violate laws or third-party rights.
• Generate or promote deceptive, harmful, infringing, or abusive content.
• Submit confidential or sensitive images without authorization.
• Overload, disrupt, reverse engineer, or bypass security controls.
• Reproduce copyrighted artwork or designs without permission.

Output Disclaimer

Generated pixel art, bead patterns, and other output are produced from your input and may need review or adjustment. You are responsible for checking the final result before publishing, selling, or relying on it.

Payments

Paid plans, credits, or usage limits may be introduced. Prices, included usage, renewal terms, and refund rules will be shown at checkout or in the pricing page when payments are enabled.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe your use violates these terms, creates risk, or harms the service or other users.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PixelMaster and masterthepixel.com are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
