This tested path quantizes a photograph into custom RGB pixels. Its native PNG, cell CSV, palette CSV and JSON agree pixel-for-pixel. It does not supply a manufacturer-matched bead PDF or a craft-specific word chart.
Actual unsigned-in trials use Hama Midi (53-color edition), a 47-color ceiling, no dithering, CIEDE2000 and MMCQ. The 32/58/64 grids used 17/14/15 colors and produced 4/4/5-page PDFs. This palette is not assumed equivalent to ours.
These are dated workflow observations, not a quality score or a claim that fewer colors look better. Palettes, quantizers and image placement differ. No physical color calibration, cloud persistence or cross-product file interchange was verified.
In the converter, select “Portrait photo” to load the same photograph, or upload your own. Size, the 47-color ceiling, full-image crop and solid-color/no-dither settings are carried to the real tool. The image is not silently replaced by a generated sample.
Keep the original project and files until you have checked your own required outputs. A verified alternative for one task is not full feature parity.
