Diamond Painting Pattern Maker — Symbols, Size and Drill Counts

Convert a photo to a digital diamond-painting chart. Set drill shape and measured pitch, then export symbol PDF pages and counted materials. RGB references are not supplier drill codes.

Diamond drill chart and material planner

Digital symbol chart only. Custom RGB colors are screen approximations, not calibrated drill-vendor or DMC drill codes. No adhesive canvas or physical kit is supplied.

Schematic chart - not a full-size adhesive-canvas template. Verify actual drill size, canvas pitch, printer scaling and colors with your supplier.

Reading and export instructions

  1. Choose a local image or the generated color example (not a photograph). Conversion runs on this device. Transparent cells can stay empty; white is a real occupied color, not a blank.
  2. Drill diameter or square edge length is separate from the X/Y center-to-center canvas pitch. The initial numbers are nominal examples, not measurements of your materials. A drill cannot be larger than its cell pitch.
  3. Each occupied cell uses one drill. Spare percentages round up separately for every used color, then apply the per-color minimum. Blank stock means unknown; zero means none available.
  4. The PDF splits the entire symbol chart into numbered tiles with absolute coordinates and a material legend. PNG, cell CSV, material CSV and JSON use the same result. The preview shows a smaller selected area; counts always cover the whole pattern.
